Penn House is a two story detached house located in Wolverhampton and offers a mixture of communal and private spaces where children and young people can be supported with their holistic needs. There is a large rear garden and a separate side garden for recreational needs . There is an outhouse to the rear of the garden with a games room in it for our young people, as well as a separate meeting room.
On the ground floor we have a lounge / dining area and a kitchen / dinning. On this floor there is a bedroom for a young person and also a WC as well as the staff office and a separate bathroom and WC for the staff.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of these are for our young people and the third is for the staff team. We have a bathroom and WC for our young people on this floor too.
All our children and young people have their own bedroom and they can personalise it to suit their needs.

Ivy House is a large two story house located in Wolverhampton and offers a mixture of communal and private spaces where children and young people can be supported with their holistic needs.

On the ground floor we have 2 beautifully decorated lounge area’s which offer the children the choice to have time to themselves or together as a group; a big spacious open plan kitchen/dinning area – this is the heart of the home where we all get together to eat, chat and play. On this floor there is also a downstairs bathroom and WC as well as the team office.
​
On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, three of these are for our children and young people and the other two are for our team. We have a bathroom / WC , an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC on this floor as well.
